Question: What drugs can give a FALSE POSITIVE FOR COCAINE ON A UA! I do not use illegal drugs, but take Diazepam,amphetamine and hydroco/apap,which are written RX from my doctor and lovastatin. When I had to take this random drug UA test at my doctors office, I had been fighting a head cold for a few weeks, I looked into my med box and used some old flonase, some tylenol cold head congestion severe and when I still wasn't better, some old Amoxicillin. I lost my job a month before this because my Fml ran out, (I have to take of my father, who has Parkinson, two insulin,diabetes,dementia, ect..,which in turn, may me lose my insurance, due to No money. The doctors office said they would no longer give me my RX, which I have to have, I can not concentrate or stay on task without my adderall, and because of disk disease need the pain med. I do not do illegal drugs, so what could make a false positive? I also put on Exelon patches many times without gloves on, which I know I sshouldn't. Please help me, I was depressed enough before I learned of this false positive UA.
