Brief Answer:
Some doctors advise to stop three days before surgery

Detailed Answer:
Hi
There are some doctors who advise to stop at least four days before surgery. It is better to call up your surgeon what does he think about its need before surgery. As I said in my previous mail it depends on the need of the drug till surgery.
