patient intermittently collapsing, feeling sleepy, time of collapse lasts for 30 s to a min. Presently patient being administered with the medicines as I have written earlier. Today is 4rth day. Is there anything to worry or continue with medicines.

patient underwent 24 hrs holter's test and is detected with pressure drop for 25 to 30 times in 24 hrs cycle. patient continuing with medicines as prescribed and mentioned earlier. Any remedy for pressure fall correction pl.

Cardiologist will be consulted soon, however, the frequency of seizures have increased from 2 times to 5 times a day. Patient under treatment Dr NR Halder, MD Neuro at XXXXXXX Above medicines were prescribed on 8 jun '15. Review along with MRI, NCV, Video EEG and 24 hrs Holter's report on 15 Jun. Please guide if the Holter's test has been prescribed by a MD Neuro, then why it needs to be consulted with cardiologist, or if the MD Neuro will also be able to take a decision/advice based on Holter's test report. Secondly, as the frequency of seizures have increased in the mean time, is there anything serious.

Holter test is for the purpose of finding out any rhythm abnormalities of heart. If any abnormality is found on the Holter test, the treatment can be given by a cardiologist. Neurologist can ask for the Holter test, but can not treat heart problems.

If seizures have increased, the medicine dose would need to be adjusted tomorrow (15th XXXXXXX 2015). There is no need to worry.
