What Would Fatigue, Diarrhea And Anxiety Indicate?
Question: I just went to doc saying I am feeling extremely tired from last 10days but also had loose motions since 2 days and I am also suffering from anxiety.. He ordered this test can you please confirm of the report normal I find few places looks abnormal like ESR level etc please tell me if I am fine I am feeling very anxious and scared

From the attached reports, there are two abnormalities which needs some for of treatment. The first one is low hemoglobin and other one is low vitamin B12. The elevated ESR can be explained on the basis of low hemoglobin and there is nothing to worry provided there are no other symptoms.
Both the abnormalities can be responsible for weakness and likely to get cured with right set of medications. The medication may include multivitamins and multi-minerals for duration of one to three months.

Sir can anxiety make me to feel so lethargic and hinder my day to day activities I am really scared that something really wrong and I am not even cooking at home and I am feeling so tired even to walk and just lay down in office table etc.. So all my report says I good ryt my doc is already prescribed multivitamin calcium and vitamin tablet and he said to take and take some anxiety medicine too.. Please support me

Thank you doc but I am having watery stool if I eat or drink anything.. Can u please suggest something NH as eldoper is not working... If u can prescribe something for my loose stool to stop.. I may feel a little better I guess. Please prescribe

First of all, I would like to inform you that no doctor is supposed to make a prescription without physically examining the patient as it may cause more harm to the patient than benefit.
However, considering there is watery diarrhea, I feel there is need to start on ORS solution for the replacement of lost fluids and electrolytes. This comes in 20 gram packet which should be dissolved in one liter of water and should be used as frequently as possible.
In addition to that, if fever is present there may be need for antibiotic treatment. I often start Tab. Ciplox TZ twice a day empirically as this covers some of the important bacteria causing diarrhea.
