What To Do For Severe Depression, Suicidal Thoughts And Severe Anxiety?

Question: I am severly depressed,suicidal thoughts often, taking wellbutrin(300mg) a day. My anxiety level on a scale of 1-10 would be 15.......I need some help before I do pull the trigger 1 day.......I am also seeing a phycologist....any suggestions as to what I need to do ???

I am so sorry to hear about these troubling thoughts and the difficulties you have with the management of your depression and anxiety.. Your thoughts are understandable and more so when management fails to provide adequate help and relief you of the symptoms you are having. This can be so frustrating and make you develop concerning thoughts about suicide.
Though you are not feeling too well, I believe the best way forward is to address what makes you feel so terrible. Pulling the trigger is definitely not the way forward. I will suggest that you make a quick stop at the emergency department to get this problem addressed so that you can start feeling better as soon as possible and let go of these suicidal thoughts and plans.
