Brief Answer:
Follow the Advises, maintain a healthy lifestyle...

Detailed Answer:
Hello Yxxxxxxxh, Welcome back to HealthcareMagic,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

First of all, please note down, as per your description, the calculated BMI's as per the age-groups are--

Yours 29.6: Overweight
Mother’s 25.6: Marginally Overweight
Wife’s 33.6: Obese
Father’s 26.7: Marginally Overweight

In a nutshell, Diet and lifestyle management is recommended for everyone of you in this scenario...So I'd suggest consulting a Dietician for a thorough Diet chart preparation for each one of you separately (based on the dietary preferences, age, height and present body-weight, level of physical activity also; Please check your package for this)...

Along with this, active physical work-out is a must to yield the best benefits out of it (starting from daily physical activities like free hand exercises/jogging/gym training under supervision)...

At your age, without any other significant co-morbidities, comprehensive health check-up should be done including CBC with Peripheral blood smear, LFT, KFT with Uric Acid and Electrolytes, FBS, PPBS, HbA1C, Vit-D3 level, Thyroid Function assay, Iron profile, Lipid Profile, Chest X-ray, 12 lead ECG and a Physician Check-up Clinically (Maxcure master health checkup has several varieties, do look for the one which includes all these)...the ENT concern should be primarily clinically examined by the ENT specialist in the first place(about the present condition of it, as it's generally not covered under this kind of comprehensive health check-up panel)...

Your wife should also be undergone the same sets of tests along with FSH, LH & Prolactin (if there are no other associated co-morbidities)...

For your mother, along with all of these above, ESR, Rh-factor, an X-ray (AP and Lateral View) of the affected Knee joints followed by a clinical check-up by a physician should also be included...

For your Father, if there are no associated co-morbidities, those ones mentioned in the beginning (for you) along with a 2D-Echocardiography, PSA level, an Eye check-up and a Physician Check-up Clinically would do...

Any Corporate Multispeciality Hospitals in XXXXXXX can be chosen for these (there are numerous hospitals available and all are equally good, like Maxcure, Sunshine, XXXXXXX Apollo to name a few; you can choose from anyone based on your location)...

Kind Regards
