Brief Answer:
Hello dear. Looks like a purpuric spot

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. So it looks like a purpuric spot if it has appeared recently. In advanced age, such spot may occur by little trivial trauma. It is due to ruoturetof small blood vessel and extravasation. However, if unrelated to trauma, then a blood workup maybe required.

Hello. Routine tests

Hello. Yes, it is likely a senile purpura. Routine tests like liver function, complete blood counts and coagulation profile can be done, if purpura increases.

Brief Answer:
HELLO. REPORT IS DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have seen the report. Its little confusing. i dont know what it mean by "A" before the actual value. If we consider the actual value, then it is near normal.
Vitamin B12 deficiency is usually seen in vegans and virtually non existing in non vegetarians.
