Question: Three red marks on right arm, around one quarter to half inch, itchy a bit at times. 80yrs old, what should i put on these red marks?

Hi,

These could be eczematous patches.
Apply cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily along with frequent and liberal application of a moisturizing lotion on the entire arm 2-3 times in a day.
If possible upload the pictures of the affected area so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition.
