Brief Answer:
The antibiotic should give relief after 24 hours. If not-you are resistant.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

If the antibiotics are the right one, they should start giving relief after 24 hours. Some symptoms like burning sensation may need a bit more time, but the overall symptoms should start feeling better.

If not better, that means that maybe you are resistant from that antibiotic and you need to switch to another one. So talk to your doctor as soon as possible so they can prescribe you the best next option.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you have other questions or concerns.
