Brief Answer:
Chromosomal abnormalities mostly

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam thanks for trusting health care magic.
I understand your health concern and grief related to it.
But in early pregnancy losses the cause is usually unknown as there is no tissue for evaluation of the cause.
Most common cause in this unknown category is chromosomal abnormalities in the fetus because of loss or gain of chromosomal material at the of meeting of sperm and egg.
These are very common but not correctable so it is not in our hands to stop it.
Next in list is Endocrinological disorders like luteal phase defect (lack of adequate progesterone), thyroid and diabetes so get yourself tested for thyroid hormone levels and blood sugar levels.
For luteal phase defect only thing which can be done is to start progesterone intake as soon as you test positive for pregnancy next time.
As far as your personal placing in house and work is concerned there is no problem in doing usual work so don't keep those factors in mind.
Take care

Answered by Dr. Manisha Jain (7 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Start taking it

Detailed Answer:
Start taking it now as according to international standards folic acid should be started as early as 3 months prior to planning pregnancy to have full benefits.
Also indulge in sexual activity in mid cycle that is from day 10- day 18 of your periods to achieve early conception.
All the best.

Brief Answer:
Can plan right away

Detailed Answer:
You can plan right away if you are ready mentally and feel fine physically.
It was a very early pregnancy and thus usually has no adverse effect on body.
Wish you a healthy baby soon.

Brief Answer:
Day 1 of periods is day 1 of cycle

Detailed Answer:
First day of periods is counted as day 1 and accordingly from day 10-18 will be the mid cycle in a female with regular menstrual cycle.
These are the days of probable ovulation so intercourse in these days have maximum chances of conception.
