At your age (23) one has to specifically look out for any contributory/aggravating factors which can result in imbalance of the dosha, although VATA is the governing Dosha of all the three in your age it is the dominance of the PITTA, so let me know about the following for better judgment of the Dosha involved:
- Any undue fear of WWW (work/worry/weather)?
- Your weight? and any joint problem
- Your digestion/metabolism?

1. Do clarify is sleep pattern disturbed due to excess sleep or because of the dreams which make/keep you awaken [in sleep] now and then?? [ Probably not getting sound sleep]
2. Lack of exercise [having a sedentary lifestyle] along with improper digestion [indigestion] can also contribute to laziness? [please specify]
3. Living in a dark room [without proper ventilation] can also make people sleepy, so is your living area well ventilated and bright?
4. Since constipation is a chronic problem this could be a triggering factor [since insomnia and constipation are interlinked] and increased with associated anxiety/depression?
