Peyronies disease is a self-limiting disease and no active treatment is required in early stages except the local application of steroid cream. Surgery is advised in severe and advanced cases

Brief Answer:
Consult qualified Urologist for a clinical examination to confirm the diagnosis.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The most important fact in the diagnosis of Peyronies disease is palpable hard nodule in the shaft of the penis.

You need to consult qualified Urologist for a clinical examination to confirm the diagnosis of Peyronies disease coupled with Ultrasound Scanning of the penis. He would be the best judge to decide about any need for treatment.

Your basic problem seems to be MS.

Hope I have answered your query.

Regards,
Dr. P. T. Patil, Urologist
