Question: Dr XXXXXXX Mehra. I have been a patient of Rheumadoid arthritis (J R A) for the last 50years .My last rh facter (08.07,2018) was2201.50 I am I G6pd I am allergic to most food and medicines Can you help me Thanks Mala Parasher

Hello,

You can take a drug like methotrexate 7.5 mg once in a week.
With folic acid daily except on the day of methotrexate. This medicine can be increased to a dose of 15-20 mg weekly. Paracetamol can be taken as a 500 mg tablet according to pain once or twice daily.
