Question: I take 800mg of Neurontin every 4 hrs, 7.5 Vicodin 4-6 x day is there anything I can take to stop the spasticity in my knees. It feels like I have an elastic bandage on both of them. Symptoms started on right side eventually both sides are effected.

Brief Answer:
Baclofen and Physical therapy would help!

Detailed Answer:

Hi and thanks so much for this query.

Baclofen and physical therapy would help relief this rigidity and improvement movements and range of motion at the knee joints.

The gold standard for MS diagnosis is MRI. With several negative MRI, CSF will not alter the diagnosis. As a matter of fact, CSF analysis can only lean more support to an already well debated MS diagnosis and not be used as a major deciding test.

I wish you well.
