Brief Answer:
exertion related muscle cramps and body ache.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

There seems to be exertion related muscle cramps and body ache responsible for current situation.

Primary guidelines at present

- Drink more liquids in form of organic tea, coffee, home made juices, lemon
juice with ginger, coconut water etc.
- Prefer balanced diet with proper amount of vitamins, minerals, proteins
and carbohydrates.

- Avoid prolong fasting as well as over eating.
- Maintain blood sugar, cholesterol levels.
- Do not over exercise till level of exhaustion.

- Intake of diclofenac ( 50 mg ) morning and evening after meals if no
history of drug sensitivity ; I recommend to take it with antacid as
ranitidine or else.

Follow up after 24 hours or early as per the requirement.
Hope you get well soon.

Thanks
