What May Cause Several Instances Of Light Headed Cold Sweats And Orange Yellow Spots In Vision?

Question: I have had several instances of light headed- cold sweats- seeing bright orange and yellow spots. This usually happens when I try to run the sweeper. The room I was sweeping the last time is no bigger than a 9x12. By the time I get done, my hair is so wet I look like I just got out of the shower. I have MS but am in remission. I have had 2 heart caths- no problem. I have had pancreatitis 3 times, anemic, low vitamin d levels. I have most recently been having severe headaches also. Not sure what is causing these episodes but they are annoying. What are some of the possible things I should be looking at? Thank you in advance.

Brief Answer:
I would explain as follows.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I would explain that your recent clinical symptomatology may be explained by several health conditions, like anemia, orthostatic intolerance, vitamin D deficiency etc.

Hence, before getting to a conclusion, it is necessary to discuss with your attending physician (PCP or internist) to check for the above alternatives.

in case these symptoms become frequent and more aggravated a relapse of MS should be sought.

Visual disturbances due to optic neuritis, body pain including headache, orthostatic intolerance, dizziness, lightheadedness, etc., are frequent components of MS as well.

Coming to this point, in case other alternative causes are excluded by preliminary tests, then a suspicion on MS return may be raised.

In such case, you need to discuss with your neurologist to see the opportunity of investigating on such direction.

Hope to have been helpful to you!
