What Is The Treatment For Trigger Thumb?

Question: Dear doctor, i having what it is call a trigger thumb and have seen a doctor here. But after taking medicine for 2 weeks it still not much improve. May i know is there any injection that heal this pain faster

There is an injection of a steroid medication, such as a glucocorticoid, which can be injected near or into the tendon sheath(the tunnel that the tendon slides through), at the base of your thumb to reduce inflammation and pain.
