Brief Answer: Thank you so much!!! Detailed Answer: Hi and thank you so much for following up with me. Erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation are not caused by the same problem. This can be so distressing Ejaculation is mostly regulated by our psychological state. Persons actually learn to control how fast they can go before ejaculating. The same process in controlling this is very similar as to voluntarily stopping urination and uses the exact same muscles. At times, it is good to be gentle and relieving the intensity of sensation because if you let them to be sustained, ejaculation would be inevitable. For example, when you feel like ejaculation is imminent, you may want to think of something totally unrelated so as to avoid ejaculating. We do have drugs for this but I will not want you to start drugs also for this. starting by strengthening the muscle that control this. I will advice that you the measures before considering medications. WWW.WWWW.WW There is a lot on this page but I just want you to focus on the sexual therapy and the squeeze technique. If you would rather prefer drugs, let me know and I will suggest some for you. I hope you find it helpful. I wish you well. Feel free to keep the discussion going. Thanks. Dr. Ditah, MD.

Dear Doctor, I have tried this method but it was unsuccessful. Perhaps appreciate if you recommend me some drug that can overcome my problem. As I am on Cialis 20 mg for the ED. Prerably I prefer a combination tablet.. Thanks again Best Regards

Brief Answer: There is no combination available Detailed Answer: Hi and thanks for following up with me. These drugs are not specifically approved for this condition. However, they are side effects of drugs use in the treatment of depression. Some include Prozac, Zoloft, etc. They are all prescription medications that require prescription. For this, you would want to bring your doctor on board and see how he navigates through the various options to find out something that works for you. Just like I mentioned before, if you can decrease the sustained intense sexual stimulation, you would be a lot better. Topical anesthetics can help reduce this but the disadvantage is that the sensation that make the encounter enjoyable may be gone, too. So you may end up with resolved PE but lack of the pleasure associated with sex. In any case, you would need a paper prescription for these. I wish you well. Let me know if you need more information. Thanks. DR. Ditah, MD.

Brief Answer: No Detailed Answer: This is not premature ejaculation. It is not entirely semen but contains sperm cells in it. This is generally referred to as pre-ejaculate. Thanks. Dr. DItah, MD.
