Question: I am dealing with some personal issues and believe medication may be my best option? I have called over 20 doctors in my area and no one has openings for weeks. I am hopeful I can talk with a doctor and get the treatment and medicine I may require?

Please provide me more details

Hello, Welcome to Health Care Magic

What kind of personal issues you are having? Please provide more details about the problem with special mention of chief complaints, how these originated, any specific stressor, how these progressed etc.

Due to legal issues medicines can't be prescribed online but we can help in reaching to a diagnosis of problem and the options of management can be discussed.

Thanks

Thank you for the follow up. On Thursday my ex-husband who is close to my children needs an emergency heart transplant. This has brought many overwhelming challenges.

Brief Answer:
The success rate of heart transplant is high

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,

I can understand your concern. It's common to develop acute stress after some significant event, heart transplant of you ex husband in your case. The transplant is in emergency and this causes acute stress reaction a form of anxiety.

Try to remain calm and accept the surgery. If you have access to medicines then low dose of benzodiazepines like Alprazolam or Clonazepam can help. These medicines will relieve your stress and you will feel better. Take green tea, this will also relieve your stress.

If we go by data then the success rate of a heart transplant is about 90% which is really high. So please don't remain stressed and hope for the best. Everything will be alright in few days. Don't remain afraid of anything.

I hope this helps you, if you want to say more please don't hesitate to ask again. Acute stress usually improve by time in most individuals.

Thanks
