Brief Answer:
Possible muscle spasm

Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma'am

I can certainly understand your concern...

I have worked through your attached query in detail...

As per your symptoms, the possibility of muscle spasm is very high.

I generally prescribe oral muscle relaxants like Baclofen to my patients with such symptoms.

In case if there is no improvement noted after 72 hours, it's advisable to get an ultrasound abdomen and ECG to rule out cardiac involvement or renal/gallbladder stones.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications to improve your symptoms.

Post your further questions if any.
Thank you.
