Question: Hello.. I'm a 20 yrs female.. and I'm having bladder and ovary problems. It's been going on for months and I waiting to see a urologist. My right ovary was checked and when pressed on caused a lot of pain and gave me the feeling that I needed to urinate. They also said my endemitruim was high for someone my age there sending me for an ultrasound soon but weren't really specific on what it could be.. I thought it might be Intertistial cystitis. . Alot of the symptoms points to it too but I'm unsure could you guys give me an idea of what you think I would appreciate it

My symptoms are bladder problems e.g increased urination even if it's small amounts my bladder feels like I'm bursting to go.pain in my uretha pain in actual bladder when empting and when full. . It started with a weird feeling like something was on my lower left side like a lump or something andit felt like it moved sometimes and now feels bigger but ultrasound the first one showed nothing on left side my right ovary is all tender. Unfortunatelyover here we don't get copies of test results I didn't anyway but when examined again the obgyn had told me it's a little high my endemitruim for my age..my periods have gone a bit all over the place lately some 3 days some 5 days some 7 days late some 3 days early..more breaks in period and alot of more pain before period and a lot more breast tenderness and skin on my face has become spotty too and my urine tests keep coming back clear and all my blood tests are also clear...thank you for the help so far i really appreciate it.. I'm only 20 so I'm worried because my bladder shouldn't be like this you know. My grandad and dad have age onset diabetes

Brief Answer:
Please consider these guidelines

Detailed Answer:
Hello
welcome again

Increased frequency of urine can be related to number of conditions like
Infection of genitourinary tract
Bladder outflow obstruction
Stress induced

When your urine tests are repeatedly coming out negative, in my opinion you should book an appointment with an urologist for radiological study of urinary tract after ruling out diabetes by doing blood sugar testing and urine osmolality test.

Endometrial thickness varies with menstrual cycle and symptoms you are describing might be related to premenstrual tension syndrome, which can be managed with pain killers like mafenemic acid, behavioural therapy and life style modifications
Have plenty of fluids to.maintain good hydration
Have multivitamin and calcium supplements

If it doesn't help than you should consult a psychologist for counselling and treatment with antidepressants like SSRIs.

Please do let me know if you have any more queries I will happily answer you
Best wishes
