Still sometimes superadded bacterial infections are sometimes present and some doctors prefer to prescribe antibiotics alongwith. Zanocin is an antibiotic and has been given to control any bacterial infection, if any.
If you have already started Zanocin, please complete the course. If not yet started, you may get a routine blood count done first and if it indicates a bacterial infection, surely you can start, but not otherwise.
