You can live normal life by healthy lifestyle

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.
I can understand your concern.
Ejection fraction around 20% is sufficient to live normal life.
Prognosis is not bad considering that you try your best to live healthy lifestyle as well to take medicines regularly.

Prognosis depends on weight, exercise, diet, habits like smoking, sedentary lifestyle, compliance with medicines as well as other comorbid physical illness if any.

I guess your doctor has informed about these aspects and what precautions to be taken to live normal healthy life.

So relax and take care. You can have good prognosis if you wish.

Wish you stable and healthy life.
