What Is The Prognosis For A Vasoconstriction In The Testes?
Question: Hello, Was just wondering - if you have a vasoconstriction to the testes- what could happen? Worst case, testicular cancer? If there, is not enough blood flowing to the germ cells, could they become malignant ? If yes, how? Not enough oxygen to the cells? I dont understand. Thanks!

vasoconstriction is a physiologic function of the blood vessels and has nothing to do with cancer. Vasoconstriction is not supposed to prevent normal oxygenation either. It is supposed to reduce blood flow but not to the point of no oxygenation (under normal circumstances).
But even if oxygenation was reduced, this could only lead to necrosis (cell death) and not to cancer.
