Brief Answer:
Dosage is one tablet 3 times a day after meals, can be taken for 6 months

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in details.
REJOINT tablet contains glucosamine sulphate 500 mg, chondroitin sulphate 400 mg. Cartilages are made of glucosamine and chondroitin and therefore this has been given as a supplement to help you with your knee osteroarthritis.

The dosage for this medication is one tablet 3 times a day after meals. People having allergy to shellfish should not take Rejoint. Rarely taking Rejoint can cause stomach upset and those who experience it must stop taking the supplement and try other pain relief medications.

While some people find pain relief after taking this supplement, there are people who find no difference after 6 months of uninterrupted medication. After taking Rejoint for 6 months if you still get no pain relief then you might have to discuss other medications. Some people have taken this medication for 2 years with not much pain relief. However no major safety concerns have been reported other than allergy which is rare.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Dr.Vivek
