Brief Answer:
Maximum dosage of Vitamin A....

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

I have gone through your medical history and noticed that your bp and pulse is within normal range. Please bare in mind that a pulse of 112 is considered normal if :
- you were anxious at time where you measured your bp
- you were doing a physical activity prior to testing. That's why I usually ask my patients to sit for at least 10 min before measuring bp

With regards to having skin problems, as you are a diabetic, it increases your chances to have skin problems which are difficult to heal. Vitamin A might have benefits in treating your skin problems, however, if taken increased dosage, it might cause severe effects. So, I would recommend not to exceed the dose of 3000 mcg/day.

The dose should be also corrected by your personal doctor according to your daily needs and health problems you might face while taking vit.A in such dosage. The high doses are recommended during the acute phase of the skin problems, while the maintenance dose should be as lowest as possible.

Hope it answered to your queries!
