Brief answer...it looks like just couple of months
Detailed answer....
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I really feel sorry for the condition of your sister in law.
Although survival after any cancer depends upon various factors like age, health etc and is very hard to determine the exact life expectancy of a patient, but a case of breast cancer with extensive brain metastasis has very poor prognosis and expectancy at the moment looks only couple of months at the maximum.
At the moment you should be with her providing her good mental support, make her happy and keep her in good spirits in her last leg of journey and forget the timeframe left.
I know it is very difficult for all of you to see her in this condition but this is god's wish and has to be accepted and faced bravely.
I hope it helps, however you may revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
