What is the dosage of paternia for low sperm count?

Question: Dear Sir, I started taking paternia tab for to increase sperm count , can u please advice that should I take one tab a day or two tab a day.as I want to increase my sperm count becausce they r very low

I read your query and I understand your concerns. .

Following is my reply

1. You can take one tablet per day.

2. These medicines are antioxidants and help only to certain extent.

3. Please send your detailed semen analysis report.

4. If count is too low please see an urologist to get examined and get scrotal doppler ultrasound scan done to check if there is varicocele or small testis.

5. If count is low consider option of ICSI for pregnancy.
