Detailed Answer:
Hi

Let me answer your questions

1.What is the difference in functions of Glycomet 500 and Janumet 50/500. For type 2 diabetic which is most suitable. Generally morning sugar is high at 120-130 and after food 150-160. Can it be brought down?

Janumet is a combination of two medications- Sitagliptin and Metformin. Glycomet is plain metformin. Both the medications are suitable for diabetics. Each would be preferred in different situations based on number of factors.

Both your fasting and post meal sugars are reasonably under control. I would not advice further reduction of your blood sugar considering the possible risk of hypoglycemia. The targets for blood sugar are 80-130 mg/dl in fasting and <180 mg/dl after meals.

I would advice you to get done HbA1c which will give you the average blood sugar of the last 3 months. The goal of Hba1c is <7 %

2.What is the function of Axer,Ecosprin and Rosulip and how long to be taken. Any side effects?

Ecosprin prevents blood from clotting and prevents formation of clots in your blood vessals which can potentially cause heart attack or stroke. It can lead to gastric upset and excessive bleeding in somep patients. However the drug is generally safe.

Rosulip is used to reduce the cholesterol. it is recommended in all diabetics of ages 45-70 years according to XXXXXXX diabetes asssociation. The dose used in your case is appropriate. It can lead to muscle aches in some people, however it is generally safe.

I am not sure about 'Axer' , I can give you more information if you can give me the generic name of the drug (the generic name and composition would be written on your drug packet)

3. After 7 months of operation I feel healthy. while clibming (>20 steps) feel tired but not when take XXXXXXX walk for >1 h. I did not experienced this before operation. Any reason?

I am not sure which operation you are talking about but I am assuming you are talking about Angioplasty. if you are having exercise intolerance after angioplasty , I would advise you to consult your cardiologist and let him know about the problem.

Hope that helps
