Brief Answer:
One is generic and the other is brand name

Detailed Answer:
Good evening. Thank you for writing your statement/question though it is a bit difficult to fully understand. However, if I am interpreting this correctly it would seem as if you were interested in the DIFFERENCE between KEPPRA and LEVETIRACETAM?

These 2 names refer to the same chemical medication which is generally used to treat seizures or epileptic episodes of either a convulsive or nonconvulsive type.

The difference in each from the other is the KEPPRA is the brand name or originally manufactured/released product by the pharmaceutical company while LEVETIRACETAM is the generic form of the medication which means it is produced by any number of different companies....but in theory the active chemical ingredients are identical in the 2 and should equally treat whatever disorder they were prescribed to treat.

If I've adequately answered your statement/concern could you do me a huge favor by CLOSING THE QUERY and being sure to include some fine words of feedback along with a 5 STAR rating if you feel my suggestions have helped? Again, many thanks for posing your questions and please let me know how things turn out.
