What is the difference between Hair4u lotion and Trilast hair serum?

Question: Hello Doctor,

Can i get the difference between hair4u lotion and trilast hair serum
My dermatologist prescribed me to use trilast just to avoid extreme dermatitis and flaking of scalpe with hair4u lotion.
My question would be if I start using trilast will it continue the effect of hair4u lotion which am using since 3 months or will it be like completely new session starting from 0 and should wait for atleast 6 months to see its effect.

Trilast is a supportive medication while hair 4 u is minoxidil which is your main medication.
You can use both these together.
The effect of hair 4 u will continue, it's not starting from 0 again.

1. What is Trilast used for?
2. Can you please elaborate on how can it be applied in conjunction with Hair4u.
3. I have severe dermatits and itchy scalpe, any medication to overcome itchy scalpe and dermatitis(for now am using scalpe shampoo on alternate days).
4. My hairfall is not in control even after 3 months of the application of Hair4u lotion, its like if i touch my hair its coming off easily. could you please suggest some remedy for this.

Thanks for the follow up.
1. Trilast is a hair growth serum whereas hair 4 u increases the blood supply to hair.
2. First apply hair 4 u and after a gap of 1 hour apply trilast. This will help in better penetration of trilast.
3. You can use sebowash shampoo for scalp dermatitis.
4. Hair 4 u is best medication available for hair fall.
Have patience and keep applying the medication. You will get response in another 2 months.
