Question: can you explain what the difference is between post coronary artery bypass graft and a coronary double bi pass surgery where they used my husbands mammary arteries. XXXXXXX

With a double bypass surgery the doctors intend to say that he had two aorto-coronary bypass grafts. In your husband case they have used his mammary arteries to perform the bypass.
Since he has done this procedure years ago (when he was 51) he is considered to be a post coronary bypass surgery patients.
As you can see the first term describe the procedure of bypass (number and types of grafts) and the second (post coronary bypass...) explain the time when the bypass was done.

What has,brought this up is my husband os a Vietnam Veteran. As you might be aware of is the effects of agent orange on the medical conditions of the veteran. We applied for disability and the heart is one of the conditions that is recognized as a condition of exposure to agent orange. Well they are saying that he is geyting a certian percentage for his heart condition. They recognized him with coronary artery disease, stau post coronary artery bypass graft (CABG). WHICH GAVE HIM A CERTIAN PERCENTAGE. THEY SAID THE ONLY WAY TO WARRANT more % if evidence showed chronic congestion heart failure;hospital admission for coronary bypass surgery.

If there are signs of low ejection fraction than he may profit more. Low ejection fraction combined with leg edema and congestion or frequent hospital admissions are also needed to profit more.
