I have seen the attached pictures .

You are basically suffering from male pattern hair loss. It is important for you to understand that this type of hair loss needs regular and long term treatment .
Minoxidil and finasteride are the mainstay of treatment which you have been taking earlier in the form of morr f and the tablets.

Since it is a firm of progressive hair loss, so we can atleast stop its further progression with proper treatment. We can also achieve back regrowth of certain lost hair.
So I would advise you to start intake of tablet finasteride once a day .
In addition ,apply minoxidil ten percent lotion one ml twice a day over the affected areas .
You will have to take this treatment regularly for atleast three months before we can expect to see good results.This is due to the normal hair growth cycle .
So it requires a lot of patience to follow the treatment regularly.

In my clinical experience ,finasteride is not known to cause any major side effects . Even if there are any ,they are reversible and tend to revert on stoppage of the drug.

So you can safely take the medicine .
