Brief Answer:
Your wife is having Urinary Tract infection(UTI).

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post and the attached reports it seems that your wife is having Urinary Tract Infection(UTI).
I would advise that you should send her urine for culture and sensitivity test.
If you are giving her antibiotic which is not suitable for the infective organism, it is of no use. Urine culture/sensitivity test would let us know the causative organism and the appropriate antibiotic.

You can give her paracetamol 500 mg 6-8 hourly instead of ACE-Proxyvon.
She should drink lots of water daily.

Redness in eyes can be due to associated fever which should subside once the infection is treated with appropriate antibiotic.

I hope this is helpful to you.
If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Thanks.

its means uric acid not cause problem with the joint pain right?
joint pain and fever also associated with Urinary Tract Infection(UTI).I will provide Urine culture/sensitivity soon. In the mean time we will continue with the paracetamol 500 mg 6-8 hourly instead of ACE-Proxyvon

Brief Answer:
symptoms are due to UTI.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your response.

Uric acid is in borderline range.
Symptoms of bodyache are due to fever associated with Urinary Tract Infection.
She should drink lots of water daily. This will help in limiting the infection.
Syrup Alkasol prescribed by your doctor should be taken in diluted form only(mix 1-2 spoons of the syrup in one glass of water and then taken three times daily).

I hope this answers your query.
If you have any further doubts, please mention.
Thanks.
