Brief Answer: Given presentation can have many causes sir;listed Detailed Answer: Hello sir and welcome. Thank you for writing to us. Based on the provided symptoms, I shall start by listing the causes for such a presentation sir, and would like to emphasize on the necessity to visit the doctor, as without a physical examination, establishing a diagnosis and successfully treating the individual for the diagnosed condition. The causes are: -Epididymitis (inflammation of the region which stores and transfers the semen) -Testicular torsion -Orchitis -Infections (may have other symptoms like frequent urination, boils/bumps/blisters around the genital region, penile discharge, -Injuries -Hydrocele -Varicocele -Hernia -Medications (there are a few medications that can also cause such a presentation sir, but as you have not listed any medications, we can rule them out) -Cancer (rare) and a few others. As you can see from the above listed causes, they can vary greatly and thus, the treatment would also greatly vary. So it is my most humble request for you to schedule an appointment with your doctor to get physical examined. Your doctor may also ask for a few investigations once you visit him/her, to make a more accurate diagnosis. Best wishes.

ever since i was 15, i have had pain when i urinate. There has never been discharge or anything strange of that nature. As I understand it, urine is supposed to be healthiest when clear, but the pain is the worst when the urine is clear. Over the years, when I have ejaculated, it would occasionally hurt. Sometimes, usually related to strain or constipation , my whole groin area aches, with my penis sometimes erected from the pressure. This may be completely unrelated, but I m not sure. The main thing is that I was a virgin when this started. I went to a urologist but received no std test because of my virginity . I was told it was an incurable thing that would do no harm to me or my future spouse, only pain for me when i urinate. I was given a UTI medication which only seemed to solve the issue for a while. As I have researched since, I believe I may have Epididymitus or Orchitis , and I also read differing accounts on the contagiousness of such things. Is there a set way I can narrow the possibilities down without having to spend more money if not needed?

I'm 22yrs old male, about 172cm height and 55kg weight.
I'm thin and I had mumps orchitis when I was 7yr of old.
My left testes is half of the right one. Recently I saw in an article about Kline felter's Syndrome. I have most of the symptoms mentioned there. Is there any treatment for this?

I am Rahul, 27yr, Suffered from tubercular epididymo orchitis 4yr back & treated with ATD. There is a palpable nodule on the urethra which was painful at the time of diagnosis. There is no problem with micturation. But when erection occurs i appreciate that sensation is reduced due to the pressure effect. Sometimes i feel like a pin prick when glans is touched, I ve consulted with urologist but Dr. told that no need to worry about that. But it causing impotent to some extent due to the pain, i want to remove it, what i ll do??

My son was diagnosed with orchitis or epididymitis. My problem is that he always gets this immediately following an ingrown toenail infection. Also, his left side lower abdomen hurts more than his left testicle. He was given antibiotic injections, one each day for three days, and 5 days of azithromycin. This is the fourth time he has had this and it get worse each time. He is 12 years old. The urologist said yesterday that this just happens sometimes. What does that even mean??? He is finished with the antibiotics and seems a little better, but not like he usually is after the antibiotics.
