Question: My wife has been detected with low BP , when she has a glass of water with Salt she feels normal. She had a bay around 10 months back with Sicerian

I would like you to elaborate more on her condition, problem and symptoms.
All of us have different blood pressure which itself differs at different times. A pressure may be lower as compared to others but may be sufficient for your body. There is no cut-off limit as such for low blood pressure. Most often what we call as low blood pressure is something else. Chronic low blood pressure is a rare disorder and is accompanied by a number of other more prominent features.
I will elaborate more on issue once I receive all the complaints and troubles she has.

These are non-specific symptoms and may occur in a number of diseases.
What is the duration of her symptoms. If she is feeling them in a last few months only, they may be related to heat, excessive sweating and low intake of water. How did you correlated it with low BP? What is her usual BP, when she did not had these symptoms. Is there any concomitant medical illness? if she is taking any medicines? If her Hemoglobin is normal?
If she has any EAR related trouble? If she has associated fever ? or any chronic infection?
Would like to know more about all these questions.
