Brief Answer:
Various causes sir, need to find the cause in you

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

Based on the description provided by you, the lower part of the foot includes either the entire sole or the heel of your foot.

If it is the heel of your foot then the possible causes could be:
-Inappropriate shoes
-Abnormal bone growth
-Injury to bone, muscle or tendons in the region
-Gout
-High arched feet
-Flat feet
-Stone bruise: Injury taking place after stepping on a hard or sharp object
-Fracture of the bone
-High serum uric acid
-Chronic conditions like arthritis

Remedy:
-Excising heel pad (the extra skin)
-Treating the fracture
-Medications to reduce uric acid levels
-If there is a bone spur (abnormal bone growth) then surgery to remove the growth will have to be conducted
-Temporary management with over-the-counter pain management medication
-Rest
-Physical therapy
-Custom made (special shoes)
-Specific treatment of chronic conditions

Entire sole of the foot pain causes include:
-Metatarsalagia: Usually caused by badly fitted shoes, exercise, strenuous activity, etc.

Remedy includes:
-Wear comfortable shoes
-Specially designed shoe inserts to relieve pressure from the region of the foot in pain
-Pain management medication

As you can see from the information provided sir, the causes vary. Thus only a physical examination, blood investigation and possibly even an x-ray examination of the region will help establish the diagnosis. Once the diagnosis is established, treatment can be well directed.

Initiating treatment now would not only be inaccurate, but also blind. For now you can stick to a diet with little or no meat, wear comfortable shoes and use a mild pain management medication. But the main advise I would have to give you is to visit an orthopedician.

I hope you understand why I am requesting you to visit a doctor sir. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.

Best wishes to you sir.
