Brief Answer:
Stopping beta blocker itself would suffice

Detailed Answer:

Generally if the erectile dysfunction is related to drugs, it will resolve within days to a week. But sometime strong psychological fear gets added and it can persist despite removal of offending medicine.

So general recommendation would be stop medicine, improve general health, follow daily exercises and meditation to reduce anxiety such as yoga or relaxation techniques. If still persists then need to see a psychologist or psychotherapist.

Brief Answer:
No not now

Detailed Answer:
No current level of BP do not allow you to stop it now. We can think of stopping only after your BP is consistently below 130/80mmHg and you are strictly following your life style. Only future trend of your BP will tell us. As of now continue medication and monitor your BP.
