What Is The Black Spot On The Vagina?

Question: Hi. I have a round black spot on the inside of my vagina. Its beennthere for 3-4 yewrs now. I this normal?

I went to a nurse practitioner 3 years agao and she said a blood vessel may of burst and that it should go away. Is this normal?
