Below are tips to loose weight in a healthy way.

• Take the food you intend to eat at one time only. Going for additional helpings of food, leads to miscalculation and we tend to eat extra.

• Avoid the carbohydrate XXXXXXX foods like potato, yam and too much rice. Rice can be taken for lunch but for dinner whole wheat preparations are good.

• Include foods like wheat XXXXXXX high fiber breakfast cereals, specially-formulated high-fiber breads and whole wheat pasta, these are very high in insoluble fiber.
