Brief Answer:
sinus and a fib different

Detailed Answer:
HI

NO, there are two different types of beats.

In the normal heart beat, an area of the heart called the sinoatrial node is the part of the heart that generates the impulse or current that spreads throughout the heart causing it to beat.
The top parts of the heart is called the atria and the bottom the ventricles. The ECG has different parts to it called waves.

In sinus tachycardia-though the heart rate is increased, it is still in a regular patten and the waves that are suppose to be present are there as well

In atrial fibrillation-the beat is increased but it is also irregular (not beating in a normal regular fashion) . In addition, some of the normal waves are absent.

Breech babies

Most breech babies are turned if it is possible or delivered by c section to reduce the chance of complications.
Delivery of breech infant may be difficult and would require repeated training, your instructors will likely repeat the demonstration
In general, it is hands off till necessary.

There are different manuevers such as the loveset maneuver and the XXXXXXX assmellie manuevers that are used during delivery.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
