Question: Can i have somebody look at the results of my urinalysis and tell me if there is cause for concern?

Thanks for query and uploading report of your urine analysis,

Presence of Bilirubin in urine is suggestive of Liver disease and needs to be investigated further.

Please consult qualified General Physician or Gastro Enterologist for clinical assessment and get following basic tests to establish diagnosis:

1) Complete Hemogram
2) Liver Function tests
3) Renal function tests
4) Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen and pelvis
5) Blood coagulation profile
6) Stool Examination
7) Urine routine and culture analysis.

Further treatment will depend upon the result of these tests and final diagnosis.

Billirubin is an end product of Purine metabolism which is produced in liver hence it is primarily concerned with liver function. Azo will not cause presence of Bilirubin in urine.
