Brief Answer:
Not cancerous.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I understand your concerns and your despair when you cannot interact with your doctor face to face. But let me assure you that benign neoplasm means non-cancerous growth and lipomatous means fatty. In other words, some sort of fatty deposits have been observed in the intraabdominal organs. If you could upload the details included in the envelop, I hope I could be able to guide you further.

I only have a smart phone. Can't upload anything. But, along with the other diagnosis, there's Melena, and code R93.3. Does this help at all??

Brief Answer:
Surgical intervention needed.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. I have already got an idea and hence there is no need to upload further documents. If you are having melena, you would either need to go for a surgical resection or an endoscopic removal. The following links should give you a further idea about the ailment.
