Question: what is causing extreme sweats and chills all during the day and night, and headaches, sick on my stomach, can't breathe proper at night?

As per your symptoms two important clinical conditions have to be ruled out.

One of them is Respiratory tract infection and the other is low blood glucose levels.

Hence it's mandatory to consider the following tests.

1. Complete blood count
2. Fasting and postprandial blood sugar levels
3. QBC for Malarial parasite
4. Chest X-ray
