Please advise by comparing both ct reports .
Old report in august mentions a left adrenal gland , which we were told was not a metastases.

New report says - new left adrenAl nodule. Would this b the same one or a new one?

Brief Answer:
New report mentions a comparison

Detailed Answer:
Hello, well, the language used here is very ambiguous, but given what has been typed in the report, I would have to deduce that the new report is mentioning a NEW nodule in addition to the one that was originally seen in the Left Adrenal.

If you could upload the scans themselves, i could do the comparison myself and confirm it.

Brief Answer:
You will need to follow-up with your Oncologist for a good answer

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX I'm so sorry. I wish I was a qualified Oncologist. But my experience with Adrenal Metastasis and its management is limited.

From the history you've have mentioned, I can imagine that radio-ablation of the nodule might be an option. But again, an Oncologist would be your best bet for high quality information.
