Brief Answer:
Hello sir following are my recommendations.

Detailed Answer:
Hi I did review your concern sir.
A t cell lymphoproliferative disorder with CD8 and CD57 is mostly a NK cell neoplasm( close cousins of T cells). These are slow growing blood malignancies and the doctors are still learning about these disorders whether they are malignancies or not.
The best place in USA for your case would be MD XXXXXXX Cancer center XXXXXXX XXXXXXX or Memorial XXXXXXX kettering cancer center XXXXXXX USA.
The best way to treat is using standard anthracycline based or other new dexamethasone based chemotherapy. but it depends on stage and exact diagnosis with More immunophenotypic.
The prognosis is variable but usually not very bad. however nasal type and blastic NK cell types have poorer prognosis.
I hope this helps sir
let me know if you have any more questions or concerns.
sincerely
Dr Parth Desai.
