Brief Answer:
variations occur

Detailed Answer:
Hi Dear
welcome to the HCM,
Every child is different from other, Should not be compared with others.
So Many factors effect the growth and development of a child like environment, genetic constitution, any child hood chronic disease, financial status, any metabolic disorder etc.
If the child is with in the limits of required percentile then one should not worry.
When the child achieves the average Mean height of the parents height at the age of puberty then it is called as normal height is achieved.
Please take care of the nutrition with balanced diet.
Supplement with iron syrup and multivitamins.
Consult your pediatrician to rule out any subtle hurdle.
Hope the query is answered.
Please feel free for further clarification.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
very usual, dont worry, it ill be ok

Detailed Answer:
Hi
This is quite common. Need not to worry much, but it is quite embarrassing often for the kid and parents.
Delay in the maturity of the nervous system may be the cause.
should not be disclosed to peer group/ class mates may lead to loss of confidence.
Avoid giving excess liquid to the child before going to bed.
Wake her in the midnight for passing urine.
Bed wetting Alarms are also used.
She should be asked to hold the urine during day time so that she can develop control over sphincters.
Some times after achieving the sphinter control again betwetting restarts could be because of some psychological crisis. Can be tackled be clinical psychologist.
Some drugs are also being used in intractable cases.
Hope the query is answered.
Thanks
