The culture results are suggestive of a urinary tract infection caused by E. coli. She would need antibiotics for treatment. I will suggest that you talk to her prescribing physician for a prescription as these drugs can only be gotten through a doctor's prescription.

I will also recommend that she drinks much water to increase urine output. This would increase irrigation and should help cleanse the urinary tract.
