Brief Answer:
UTI unlikely to be the cause

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. I have checked the attached reports. Let me assure you that the urine report seems normal. However, the culture report can take 5 days to turn positive and so you need to wait till then for confirmation. However, since the pus cell count is normal I would not worry about it. Medications are not needed.

I do not think that his passing urine while still in bed has anything to do with urinary tract infection. Possibly he is a bit weak due to some other cause. It could be due to a viral infection. If you could provide me with more details about how it started and any other related information I would perhaps be able to guide you further. Based on your response I would be able to point if any medicine or intervention would help.

I would await your response.

Regards
