Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
If the organism causing UTI is sensitive to Ciprofloxacin the culture would be negative. A colony count of 10,000 does not denote significant infection.
How are you symptomatically? If better, complete the antibiotic course.
Do get back to me if you have further questions.

Detailed Answer:
You do have an infection. Which lymph glands are swollen? UTI normally does not lead to swelling of lymph nodes. Have you had unprotected sexual contact?
It would be good to see a doctor, have yourself examined and investigated, so that the infection is diagnosed and treated appropriately.

Better to have yourself examined by a doctor.

Detailed Answer:
These lymph nodes do not get enlarged due to a UTI. They require to be investigated. There are several possibilities including infectious mononucleosis.
Best to have yourself examined by a doctor and investigated.
I shall be happy to discuss the findings and results when available.
